Why do I need a Spet (Prosthodontist) for my ALL ON 4 Smile?
ALL ON 4 is a complex treatment, essentially a full mouth reconstruction where the the smile and bite needs to be reconstructed to patient satisfaction. Lots of planning which includes CBCT scans, Smile analysis and careful evaluation of patients bite and TMJ is needed even before surgery is performed. A Prosthodontist with surgical skills or a prosthodontist and surgeon work together to achieve the desired results.
Can I get my new set of teeth or my new smile the same day (Teeth in a Day)?
ALL ON 4 (Teeth in a day) concept can virtually change patients smile and bite instantly. We achieve several procedures like extraction of remaining teeth, implant placement and installation of a new set of fixed teeth same day so patient can walk out with a new smile.
I have a Busy Schedule, How many days I need to take off from work?
Many patients with very active life styles have completed ALL ON 4 treatment successfully. Four to five appointments that typically last 1 hour with Dr. Devi is required to complete the treatment. These appointments are spread out and you do not need to make any adjustments to your daily life.
The implant surgery is planned on a weekday and you are expected to take 1-2 days off following the surgery. In most cases, you will be able to resume your normal daily routine in 2-3 days.
How painful is ALL ON 4 surgery procedure?
Pain is normally controlled by non-opioid pain medications. Patient are pleasantly surprised to find out that they had only soreness and no pain after surgery.
We understand that dental treatment is not pleasant and patients can be fearful about the surgery. We do offer safe sedation that calms the patient down and let them undergo procedures with ease.

How many appointments are needed to get my final teeth?
On an average, four to five appointments that last approximately 1 hour with Dr. Devi is required to complete the treatment. Individual experiences may vary depending on patients mouth condition.
Are you going to be expensive? I may not be able to afford the high cost of this treatment
Dr. Devi is a spet who follows a systematic and methodical approach for pre-operative planning stage, surgical phase and during the construction of final prosthesis. Dr. Devi does not believe in cutting corners or using low quality labs or materials. Dr. Devi assure you to provide the highest quality treatment for a reasonable price.
We do offer financing options and payments are spread over a period of several months.
How do I take care of my new Implant Teeth?
We will give you detailed instructions on how to get used to the new teeth and how to take care of them on a daily bases.
Routine care includes water floss and super floss to avoid food accumulation under the prosthesis. Hygiene appointments every 4-6 months to clean the gum around the implant area is a must. Patient must wear a night guard to protect the prosthesis at night.
The screws supporting the prosthesis on implant will fatigue and fail over time. Patients are advised to get them replaced with new screws every few years in our office.
I got Implants done by another dentist. Will you able to make the teeth for me?
Dr. Devi is a Prosthodontist and her specialty is Dental Implant placement and restoration. If the implants are already placed by another dentist, we will be able to make the final prosthesis for you.
I am having problems with my current ALL ON 4. Where do I go for help?

As a spet (Prosthodontics & Dental Implantology), Dr. Devi evaluate patients differently from general dentists. Dr. Devi follows a methodical approach for patient evaluation and she will be able to provide patients with a honest opinion.
If you do not have enough bone to support ALL ON 4, optional bone grafting procedures can be performed to build up bone to support ALL ON 4. If your finances are limited, Dr. Devi can offer you different implant treatment options that fit your budget.
